Overview

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive component development, with a strong preference for experience in battery systems, charging systems, or electromechanical components.
• Strong technical understanding of battery management systems (BMS) and electromechanical technologies.
• Experience working with automotive electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures, EMC requirements, DFMEA/FMEA processes, and packaging constraints.
• Hands-on experience with product validation, supplier coordination, and component development lifecycle activities.
• Familiarity with automotive quality methodologies, problem-solving tools, and customer warranty/claim management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation preparation.
• Strong expertise in assigned component families involving both mechanical and electronic/regulator systems such as 12V Batteries; Solid automotive engineering background with knowledge of environmental and durability requirements, mechanical system requirements, vehicle E/E architecture, EMC fundamentals and compliance, design FMEA methodologies, and technical drawing review and validation.

• Develop and implement technical improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing performance.
• Ensure all quality objectives and customer requirements are consistently achieved.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting technical information to senior leadership.
