VETTX is hiring an Automotive BDC / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help dealerships acquire inventory from private sellers. The role focuses on outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting for high-volume leads.

You will contact private vehicle sellers online and by phone, gather vehicle information, and schedule in-store appraisal appointments. Prior experience in automotive sales, BDC, internet sales, or SaaS sales is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based sales and high-volume outreach.
• Experience in BDC, internet sales, automotive sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and performance-driven.
• CRM or sales platform experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Contact private vehicle sellers through phone, text, and online messaging.
• Work leads from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, and similar platforms.
• Collect key vehicle information, including VIN, mileage, condition, and ownership details.
• Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Coordinate with dealership management on pricing direction.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into appointments.
• Track activity, notes, and lead status in the VETTX platform.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
