You will help develop, implement and administer the dealership’s e-commerce platform while responding to sales leads and information requests generated through the website. Responsibilities include monitoring internet leads, presenting inventory, handling credit applications and staying up-to-date on products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume auto sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online lead handling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website).
• Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt.
• Quote pricing, rates and inventory availability.
• Meet and greet prospects (by appointment) and present inventory.
• Receive credit applications (manually and online).
• Maintain CSI, Gross Average and monthly dealership standards.
