Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone presence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer follow-up efficiently.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and phone systems.
• Experience with CRM systems such as DealerSocket is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, and online inquiries.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with our showroom team.
• Follow up with customers by phone, email, and voicemail.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our CRM.
• Complete basic quotes and administrative tasks.
• Ensure every customer receives timely and professional follow-up.
