Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort is seeking a friendly, dependable Business Development Coordinator / Automotive Internet Representative to join our team. You’ll be among the first contacts for customers and will respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professional, accurate information.

This is a customer service and appointment-setting role, not a vehicle sales position. You will schedule sales appointments, maintain the CRM, follow up with leads, and coordinate with the

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people and staying organized? Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort is looking for a friendly, dependable Business Development Coordinator / Automotive Internet Representative to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience from the very first phone call, email, or online inquiry.

This is a customer service and appointment-setting position - NOT a vehicle sales position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

You'll start your day reviewing new and overnight customer inquiries and organizing your follow-ups. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with customers by phone and email, schedule appointments, update the CRM, and work closely with our sales team to make sure customers receive the information and attention they need.

It's a fast-paced position where organization, communication, and great customer service make all the difference.

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays may be required as needed.
