Job summary

ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, is seeking an ALLDATA Business Solutions Manager for inside sales in Elk Grove, CA. You will engage with shop owners by phone to analyze needs and tailor ALLDATA solutions to boost efficiency and financial performance.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing strategic sales in your territory, collaborating with account management, product development, and marketing, and delivering outcomes through a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of proven direct sales success; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Tele sales acumen with strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned markets up to once per fiscal year.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer base within your assigned territory.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver virtual training across all product lines.
• Leverage existing ALLDATA customers to drive additional territory growth and product adoption.
• Apply a consultative sales approach, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, and closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives by meeting key performance metrics.
• Provide management with insights on industry trends and competitive activity within the territory.
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend events, including local trade shows, customer engagements, and partner activities.
• Work Saturdays when business or sales demands require it.
• Reporting in Elk Grove, CA Office Monday - Friday
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic distribution partners.
• Communicate and reinforce ALLDATA's unique value propositions in every customer interaction.
• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
