Job summary

ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive business solutions for automotive repair shops in Mandeville, LA and nearby markets. You will analyze shop needs, present tailored ALLDATA software bundles, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will visit 8 shops per day, deliver product demos, and maintain strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of proven direct sales success; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and manage a territory with independent work habits.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software.
• Capable of high-volume in-person visits and phone outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a customer base within the assigned territory.
• Consistently hit monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver onsite and virtual training.
• Prospect, discover, present solutions, and close deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain satisfaction.
