You will analyze business needs, tailor ALLDATA solutions, and manage end‑to‑end sales in your territory, coordinating with product development, marketing, and accounts teams to maximize revenue.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, product installation, virtual training, and ongoing customer success, with a compensation plan that rewards performance and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of proven direct sales success; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated tele sales acumen with prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer base within your territory.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver virtual training across product lines.
• Leverage existing ALLDATA customers to drive territory growth and product adoption.
• Apply a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Support satisfaction and retention through key performance metrics.
• Provide management with insights on industry trends and competitive activity.
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend events and local trade shows.
• Work Saturdays when business or sales demands require it.
• Reporting in Elk Grove, CA Office Monday - Friday.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic distribution partners.
• Communicate and reinforce ALLDATA's value proposition in every interaction.
• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
