Job summary

ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Manager in Elk Grove, CA to engage auto shop owners by phone and analyze business needs. You will tailor ALLDATA solutions to improve efficiency, workflow, and profitability.

You will plan, execute, and manage strategic sales within your territory, collaborating with account management, product, and marketing teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Strong tele sales ability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of proven direct sales success; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Demonstrated tele sales acumen, including phone-based prospecting, objections handling, listening skills, and closing techniques.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Experience using CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer base within the assigned territory.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver virtual training across all product lines.
• Leverage existing ALLDATA customers to drive additional territory growth and product adoption.
• Apply a consultative sales approach, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, and closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives by meeting key performance metrics.
• Provide management with insights on industry trends and competitive activity within the territory.
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend events, including local trade shows and partner activities.
• Work Saturdays when business or sales demands require it.
• Reporting in Elk Grove, CA Office Monday - Friday.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic distribution partners.
• Communicate and reinforce ALLDATA’s value propositions in every interaction.
• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
