Job summary

ALLDATA is seeking a Business Solutions Manager (Field Sales) in a defined territory, working with owners of automotive repair shops to analyze needs and tailor ALLDATA solutions for efficiency and profitability.

You will build a strong customer base, meet monthly sales goals, install products, and train customers both onsite and virtually. Expect travel within territory, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM and office software (MS Dynamics, Office).
• Willingness to visit multiple shops daily and perform prospecting calls.
• Familiarity with online meeting tools (TEAMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage strategic sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with account management, product development, and marketing teams.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver onsite and virtual training.
• Prospect, discovery, solution presentation, and closing.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet key performance metrics.
• Occasionally attend evenings, weekends, and local trade shows.
