LKQ Corporation in Wilmer, TX seeks a motivated sales/customer service professional to drive revenue by promoting parts and services and delivering excellent customer care.

The role involves handling warranties, pricing, and delivery details, and collaborating with customers to resolve substitutions or issues. Prior automotive experience and bilingual ability are valued in this position.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Promote sales of new and existing company products and provide customer service.
• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when a part is not available.
• Process orders – enter orders, review for pricing and shipping data, possibly dispatch orders.
• Follow up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
