The role focuses on building relationships with customers, processing orders, and supporting transactions. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are expected, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Preferred: college coursework or degree.
• Preferred: prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and additional information needed.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when unavailable.
• Process orders – entry, review for handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
