Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Process orders and supporting documents (credits, invoices, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other information needed.
• Advise substitutions or modifications when requested parts are unavailable.
• Follow up with customers as needed and handle routine tasks.
• Assume additional duties as assigned.
