Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team in Missouri. The role focuses on promoting sales of new and existing company products, delivering excellent customer service, and assessing customer needs related to parts, pricing, and services.

You will provide information on warranties, prices, and delivery, process orders, and cultivate relationships with customers to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
