LKQ Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our on-site team in Joplin, Missouri. You will promote sales of parts, provide customer service, and manage order entry and related documents to support revenue growth.

The role emphasizes customer relationship development, timely information on pricing and delivery, and collaboration with the sales team. Automotive knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred assets for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years related experience preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong basic computer skills and data entry accuracy expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information on warranties, pricing, part availability, delivery times and payment methods.
• Process orders and review for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates and any delays; advise substitutions if needed.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders).
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
