Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator for on-site work at 1742 Wilmer, TX. You will generate revenue by promoting sales of parts and services, and provide customer support from inquiry to delivery.

You will communicate pricing, warranties, and delivery times, assist with substitutions when parts are unavailable, and maintain accurate order documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The role emphasizes customer relationships and efficient problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.

Responsibilities

• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Process orders – order entry, review for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
