Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Process orders; review for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers and assist current customers.
• Inform customers of prices, shipping, delays, and substitutions when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
