Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build relationships with an existing customer base and develop new business from Exeter, PA.

This role broadcasts through phone-based outreach, selling aftermarket parts, wheels, tires, and accessories to automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts. The position emphasizes outbound calls, sales targets, and close collaboration with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, account management or automotive industry exposure is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Competitive, motivated mindset and comfort asking for the sale.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• English; Spanish bilingual is a plus; travel to customer sites may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce customers to new products and services.
• Build relationships with an established base of automotive customers through proactive outbound calls.
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Learn about customers' businesses to recommend suitable products.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM/database.
• Meet sales and activity goals with support from the team.
• Continually expand product knowledge and sales skills.
