Victory Automotive Group seeks a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Chicago team. You will handle inbound sales inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with Sales and Service to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset, with familiarity in automotive contexts and Reynolds and Reynolds/worked with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles.
• Working knowledge of automotive industry is a plus; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is beneficial.
• Proficient computer and internet skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries by scheduling and following up.
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets; confirms special order parts.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation as needed.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
