You’ll ensure clean, safe, and organized departments, support front-end needs, and participate in training to stay current with best practices and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department or related area.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to instruct and inform.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail to minimize delays.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising standards and attractive displays per company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and replenish stock as needed.
• Oversee recovery to keep department neat and inviting for customers.
• Coordinate price changes and signage updates with relevant teams.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets to maximize sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with inquiries and product location.
• Support front-end transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate standard office equipment and retail devices as needed.
• Cross-train to support multiple departments and responsibilities.
• Participate in training programs and development opportunities.
