Rural King in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Department Lead to ensure efficient department operations, inventory control, and appealing displays. You will manage pricing, planograms, and recovery while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with store transactions as needed, and participate in cross-training across departments. A 2+ year retail background and strong communication skills are required.

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department-equivalent environment.
