Holman is seeking a General Manager to join Porsche North Miami and lead all dealership operations. The role focuses on driving stellar customer service, achieving sales and service goals, and building a high-performing team.

The GM will oversee sales, service, parts, and administrative functions, ensuring policy compliance and operational excellence. A strong background in dealership operations and people leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; and 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of dealership experience at a department manager level, or similar related work; knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodologies of department operations to ensure the profitability of the dealership.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, implement, and ensure compliance with organization policies and goals.
• Provide counsel and direction to the activities of sales, service, parts, body shop, F&I, and administration to affect operational efficiency and economy.
• Direct and coordinate promotion of services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
• Analyze department budgets to identify areas in which profit opportunities can be maximized or cost can be minimized and operating budget can be achieved.
• Confer with administrative and managerial personnel and review activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
• Through communication, oversight, and direction to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment.
• Promote the recruitment and development of dealership managers and non-management employees.
• Examine pay practices and develop pay plan models to achieve budgetary goals.
• Liaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representatives to achieve factory objectives.
• Provide strategic planning and the execution thereof to meet long-term dealership goals.
• Ensure all HR topics are monitored and appropriately managed along with the necessary documentation.
• Recruiting and developing future leaders
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
