Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; lead teams.
• Hire, coach, schedule, and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Coach Team Members to meet customer expectations (DIY/professional).
• Handle manager on duty duties and safety, open/close tasks.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
• Provide DIY service such as battery installation.
