Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to inspire the team, grow professional customer relationships, and drive sales while maintaining service and store appearance standards. The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, typically 5–6 days, with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights/weekends.

Strong leadership and automotive knowledge are essential to succeed. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, managing inventory, and executing store operations.

• Manage and grow professional customer relationships; lead team to execute action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team members to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Handle manager-on-duty duties including coaching, tasks, safety, opening/closing.
• Lead change management and promote a diverse, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper work as needed.
• Support district/region in other functions when requested.
