Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive sales with exceptional customer service. The role combines automotive knowledge, people leadership, and financial accountability to grow the business while maintaining service standards.

You will oversee Professional Customer relationships, inventory management, and daily store operations, including scheduling, coaching, and safety compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years leading a 10–20 person team in fast-paced retail.
• Experience managing profitability with strong business acumen.
• Ability to recruit, hire and develop quality Team Members.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; strong communication with Customers and peers.
