Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Cleveland, OH. You will drive sales, develop Professional Customer relationships, manage hiring, and coach a team to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and P&L awareness, with long hours and weekend shifts typical in retail leadership. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven profitability management and strong business acumen.
• Ability to recruit, hire and develop quality Team Members.

Responsabilités

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and action plans
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional)
• Serve as Manager on Duty with safety, tasks, and open/close duties
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment
