Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to grow Professional Customer relationships.
• Understanding of store operations, inventory controls, and P&L basics.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Staff selection, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities, coaching, safety, open/close duties.
• Ability to lead change management and foster inclusive environment.
