Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties including coaching, floor/phone management, safety and opening/closing tasks.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
