A track record in management with integrity, plus a strong drive to succeed, is essential. The role offers a competitive base salary with incentives tied to dealership success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Three or more years in a sales or general manager role for a dealership or auto group.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and trends.
• State-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication skills and leadership; ability to interpret profit and loss statements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and address customer satisfaction metrics.
• Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance managers.
• Help craft affordable advertising campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Attend meetings and foster relationships with owners, managers, and staff.
• Implement growth strategies aligned with group objectives while monitoring inventory needs.
• Review financial statements monthly, quarterly, and yearly for accuracy.
• Learn and uphold local, state, and federal vehicle sales regulations.
