You will oversee daily operations and assist sales and service managers in setting ambitious but realistic goals. The role offers a competitive base salary and financial incentives tied to dealership success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager role in a dealership or auto group.
• Strong communication and leadership proven track record.
• Ability to interpret profit and loss statements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and address customer complaints to meet satisfaction metrics.
• Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance managers to achieve profit goals.
• Develop affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.
