Meineke seeks a full-time Automotive General Manager to oversee and motivate our high-volume dealership team in Ohio. You will manage daily operations, support sales and service managers, and drive performance with integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dealership sales or general management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of meeting profit targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a dealership sales or general manager role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry and trends

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, and train managers across departments
• Develop advertising campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility
• Attend manager meetings and coordinate with owners and staff
• Implement growth strategies while monitoring P&L and inventory
• Review financial statements and report to upper management
• Uphold local/state/federal regulations governing vehicle sales
