Smart AutoCare is seeking a dedicated Gap Claims Adjuster to support customers, lenders, and agents. The in-office role focuses on adjudicating claims, providing status updates, and resolving issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of claims adjusting or related automotive experience, strong organization and communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office. This position is based in Richardson, TX or Jacksonville, FL and requires in-office work.

• Gather and assemble claim information from lenders, dealers, borrowers and agents.
• Calculate claim proceeds based on GAP coverage and vehicle valuation data.
• Handle calls from customers, lien holders and insurers ensuring quality service.
• Submit claims calculations and documentation for management review.
• Request additional documents to complete claim determinations.
