Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or work equivalent.
• Minimum of a year of related work experience, preferably in a customer service-related role.
• Experience in automotive industry is desired but not required.
• Comfortable using computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a timely and professional manner, either on the phone or when a customer walks in.
• Answer phone calls within 2 rings and relay messages immediately if needed.
• Answer questions to the best of your ability and act as a liaison between customer and operations team.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers at all times.
• Collect information and required details from customers and coordinate with Estimator.
• Set up tows and coordinate with Estimator as needed.
• Handle and organize customer files and documents for the Estimator.
• Document and collect payments when vehicle is delivered to the customer.
• Keep front-office area organized and stocked with supplies.
• Coordinate with rental providers to arrange customer rentals when needed.
