Job summary

Capitol Hyundai, part of the DGDG family, is seeking an Automotive Dealership Receptionist to be the first contact for guests, answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting other departments. You will manage the front desk, coordinate with sales, service, parts, and administration to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role requires 1+ year of receptionist or customer-facing experience, excellent communication, strong organization, and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist or customer-facing experience in a professional business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Motivated, self-directed team player who works across departments with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn dealership systems and technology.
• Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, professional greeting and create a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line system; connect guests to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with questions, directions, appointments, and dealership services.
• Manage the front desk and guest check-in, maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.
• Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and admin teams for a seamless guest experience.
• Support dealership operations through administrative tasks and special projects.
