Job summary

Capitol Hyundai in Northern California seeks an Automotive Dealership Receptionist to be the first contact for guests, handling calls and visitors. You will greet guests, support multiple departments, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience at the front desk.

You will manage a multi-line phone system, assist with directions, appointments, and services, and work with sales, service, parts, and admin to provide a seamless guest experience. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist or customer-facing experience in a professional business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, professional greeting and create a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system.
• Listen to guests' needs, provide helpful information, and assist with questions, directions, appointments, and services.
• Manage the front desk and guest check-in process while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and admin teams to ensure timely assistance and a seamless experience.
• Support dealership operations through administrative tasks, special projects, and other responsibilities.
