Job summary

Purdy Hyundai is seeking a motivated receptionist to support dealership operations with a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven experience for customers, employees, and visitors.

The role serves as a central point of communication within the dealership, handling administrative coordination, customer service, and daily tasks aligned with organizational standards and values. Previous dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
• Assist customers with general dealership inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception and customer-facing environment.
• Support a positive customer experience through responsive communication and hospitality-focused service.
