Job summary

Capitol Hyundai, part of the DGDG family, is seeking an Automotive Dealership Receptionist to be the first contact for guests, answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting other departments. You will manage the front desk, coordinate with sales, service, parts, and administration to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role requires 1+ year of receptionist or customer-facing experience, excellent communication, strong organization, and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist or customer-facing experience in a professional business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Motivated, self-directed team player who works across departments with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn dealership systems and technology.
• Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.

As an Automotive Dealership Receptionist, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by being the first point of contact for guests, whether they reach us by phone or visit us in person. You will answer a multi-line telephone system, greet guests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner, and provide assistance to other departments as needed.

What you'll be working on:

• Welcome every guest with a warm, professional, and genuine greeting, creating a positive first impression of the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system, connecting guests with the appropriate department or team member
• Listen to guests' needs, provide helpful information, and assist with general questions, directions, appointments, and dealership services
• Manage the front desk and guest check-in process while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional environment
• Partner with sales, service, parts, and administrative teams to ensure guests receive timely assistance and a seamless experience
• Support dealership operations through administrative tasks, special projects, and other responsibilities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail

What you need to bring to the table:

• 1+ year of receptionist or customer-facing experience in a professional business environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a warm and professional approach to every guest interaction
• A motivated, self-directed team player who works effectively across departments with minimal supervision
• A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and confidently use dealership systems and technology
• Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work on Saturdays

Salary: $18.45-$30.00/hour

• Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
