Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Kaukauna, WI. The role focuses on helping customers select the right automotive finishes, resolving issues promptly, and processing orders for delivery or pickup. You will work Monday–Friday from 8am to 5pm, with potential for shift adjustments based on business needs.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, Monday–Friday.
Must have at least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Load and unload products from deliveries.
Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment safely.
Maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Process sales transactions in the POS accurately and per policy.
