Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Automotive Finishes branch in Worcester, MA. You will work with customers to determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams Automotive products, and recommend solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing orders, loading/unloading deliveries, operating equipment, and assisting customers in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours.
• At least 1 year in customer service, retail, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup safely and on schedule.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate material handling, tinting, mixing, and testing equipment safely.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts).
• Assist customers in person and by phone with product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and optimize space.
• Follow quality service standards and safety procedures.
• Keep stockroom organized and support inventory checks.
• Participate in safety trainings and semi-annual inventory processes.
• Support sales promotions and store initiatives.
• Keyholder duties may include opening/closing procedures and nightly deposits.
