Sherwin‑Williams Automotive Finishes Branch in Worcester, MA is hiring a Customer Service Specialist. The role supports customers, determines needs, answers questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.

It involves receiving and preparing orders, and safely moving and delivering products at a busy Worcester location. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with eligibility for bonus and extensive health benefits.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must work all scheduled hours.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Mansioni

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment safely.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately and with company procedures.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and assist with inventory processes.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training and semi-annual Physical Inventory Processes.
• Assist in promoting sales specials and initiatives.
• Keyholder duties including branch opening and end-of-day procedures and nightly bank deposits.
