Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Tucson, AZ location. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about our automotive products, and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction.

You will receive and prepare orders and safely move, load, and deliver products. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and process sales transactions.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Load and unload products and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and safety procedures.
