Audi Fletcher Jones is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Manager in California to support profitability and ensure a compliant, transparent finance process. You will help customers secure appropriate financing and protection products while ensuring ethical, accurate transactions.

The role requires presenting financing options clearly, structuring deals with lenders, and maintaining compliance across disclosures and lender requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive finance or related dealership role.
• Ability to structure and close automotive finance and lease transactions.
• Strong knowledge of lending practices and deal structure.
• Familiarity with truth-in-lending, privacy, identity verification, and fair credit practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Present finance and lease options clearly to customers.
• Structure and finalize deals with lenders accurately and efficiently.
• Review credit applications and determine financing solutions.
• Present F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance) compliantly.
• Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and lender requirements are complete and accurate.
• Manage contracts in transit, including funding follow-up.
• Verify deal profitability, product penetration, and compliance prior to funding.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
