Rosado Group Dealerships in Dickson City, PA seeks a Finance Manager to present financing options, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, tire protection, and other F&I products to customers. You will ensure accurate paperwork and timely funding while delivering a professional customer experience in a fast-paced dealership.

The role requires strong presentation skills and a customer-focused, compliant approach, with a competitive pay plan and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with automotive finance operations preferred.
• Familiarity with Cox Automotive systems, VinSolutions CRM, and Darwin menu presentations.

Responsabilités

• Clearly explain pricing, interest rates, financing terms, trade values, fees, and optional protection products.
• Process customer payments and obtain required credit authorizations.
• Coordinate paperwork for vehicle delivery, titling, and registration.
• Submit credit applications to lenders promptly and communicate financing decisions.
• Verify lender stipulations to ensure timely funding.
• Maintain per-vehicle revenue and product penetration while prioritizing customer needs.
• Support trade appraisals and deal structuring with sales management.
• Assist with dealership operations when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Maintain accurate finance paperwork and deal records.
• Use Cox Automotive systems, VinSolutions CRM, and Darwin to manage processes.
