Hireology in Minnesota seeks a Finance Manager to help customers arrange financing and present add‑on products, focusing on profitability and compliance. You will structure deals, ensure title and registration accuracy, and maintain required certifications.

You will desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, close deals, and drive timely funding while upholding regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
