Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain pricing, interest rates, financing terms, trade values, fees, and optional protection products.
• Process customer payments and obtain required credit authorizations.
• Coordinate paperwork for efficient vehicle delivery, titling, and registration.
• Submit credit applications to lenders promptly and communicate financing decisions accurately.
• Verify that all lender stipulations are satisfied to ensure timely funding.
• Maintain strong per-vehicle retail revenue (PVR) and product penetration while prioritizing customer needs.
