Luther Mazda in Minnesota is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financing process for vehicle purchases, present related products, and drive profitability through structured deals.

Responsibilities include submitting deals to lenders, making credit decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, coordinating paperwork, and closing deals while maintaining accuracy and timely funding.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is preferred.

• Structure deals for profitability and collectability.
• Be proficient with title laws and the registration process.
• Maintain required certifications for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale for accuracy.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

Finance Manager

$90-130k/year (Commission-Based)

Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
