CarShop Chester Springs is seeking a Finance Manager (F&I) to support our sales team by guiding customers through vehicle financing and aftermarket product options, delivering an exceptional experience that aligns with CarShop's values.

In this role you will present financing options, collaborate with lenders, ensure accurate documentation, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining the standards of a Fortune 500 aligned dealership.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales process and helping customers secure financing solutions while maximizing dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Present financing options and assist customers in securing competitive vehicle financing
• Facilitate the sale of aftermarket products and protection plans
• Ensure all financing and related documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Partner closely with the sales team to support vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners
• Ensure compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process
• Support dealership goals while maintaining the integrity and culture that define CarShop
• Assist with process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
