Job summary

• Ensure all F&I documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth transition from sale to financing.
• Maintain lender relationships to maximize approvals and funding speed.
• Track and report F&I performance metrics to management.

A Franchise Dealer in Wauseon, OH is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dealership team! Responsibilities:

• Structure and present financing options to customers, including loans and lease agreements
• Work directly with banks and lending institutions to secure competitive financing approvals
• Present and sell aftermarket products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection packages
• Ensure all finance and insurance (F&I) documentation is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to financing
• Maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approval rates and funding speed
• Track and report F&I performance metrics to dealership management

Requirements:

• Previous automotive F&I or dealership finance experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, leasing, and compliance regulations
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Experience with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
