Qualifications

• High school diploma or better; finance/related bachelor preferred.
• Minimum two years of dealership F&I or sales experience.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service focus, and rapport-building ability.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and track benchmarks for vehicle sales, service contracts, and customer satisfaction.
• Create financing plans and payment options for customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with lending institutions.
• Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions.
• Provide support to the sales manager and salespeople.
• Maintain inventory of finance department supplies.
