Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I or dealership finance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, leasing, and compliance regulations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
